2. Service scope

Linirio is a software service for managing business conversations, AI-assisted reply workflows, approvals, tasks, reporting and optional integrations with third-party services such as LinkedIn, Google Calendar and related providers.

3. Accounts and access

• you must provide accurate account information
• you are responsible for credentials, connected accounts and access granted to your users
• you must not misuse the service, test it unlawfully, scrape it unlawfully or interfere with its operation

4. Third-party dependencies

Parts of the service depend on third-party platforms and providers. Availability, messaging delivery, connected inbox behavior, calendar synchronization and similar features may be affected by those providers. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, restrictions, suspensions or policy changes.

5. AI-assisted functionality

Linirio may generate drafts, suggestions, classifications, approvals or workflow recommendations using AI. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for your specific legal, regulatory or commercial situation. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving outputs, settings and downstream actions.

6. Content and responsibility

You are responsible for the legality of the content, accounts, contacts and data that you upload, connect, process or send through the service. You must have all necessary permissions and legal bases for the use of personal data and third-party integrations.

7. Pricing and changes

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, published plans, features and limits may change. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, operational or product reasons.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, violation of these terms or protection of the service, our users or third parties.

9. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific commercial outcomes, message delivery, or compatibility with every third-party platform change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, reputational harm or losses caused by third-party platforms, third-party processors, user configuration, or AI-generated output. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded where they apply.

11. Governing law and venue

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Courts in Prague, Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights of consumers or data subjects under applicable law.

12. Reservation of rights

We reserve all rights not expressly granted. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
