2. Scope of data
We may process personal data that you provide directly, that is generated through your use of the service, or that is received from connected third-party services.

- account, billing and contractual data
- message content, attachments and metadata processed through connected inboxes
- calendar and booking data where you connect Google Calendar or similar services
- usage, technical, device, cookie and log data
- support and communication records
3. Purposes and legal bases
- service delivery and account administration on the basis of contract performance
- security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention and logging on the basis of legitimate interests
- customer support, service communication and incident handling on the basis of contract performance and legitimate interests
- compliance with legal obligations, including accounting, tax and regulatory obligations
- optional marketing communication where consent or another lawful basis exists
- product improvement, analytics and service quality review on the basis of legitimate interests, unless consent is required
4. AI and third-party processing
Linirio uses third-party providers to operate the service. Depending on the features you use, personal data may be transferred to and processed by processors or independent recipients such as hosting, delivery, infrastructure, AI and integration providers.

5. International transfers
Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism under GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where required.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Linirio uses cookies and similar technologies for core site operation, security, session management and service performance. Where analytics, preferences or other non-essential cookies are used, they will be used only where the applicable legal basis exists, including consent where required.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, contract, support history, legal obligation, dispute handling or legitimate business need. We may retain limited data longer where required for security, audit, evidence or legal defense.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may exercise your rights by contacting privacy@linirio.com.
9. Complaints
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. For users in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Netherlands, this may include the relevant national authority.
